It’s not very often that I get to come home, but when I do, I discover so many new restaurants and other additions to the city. The city of Sanford is located in southern Maine, about 15 minutes from the ocean, near Wells and Kennebunkport.
Today, my friend and I went out to lunch at a restaurant called, Mill 67. This all-American place offers everything from burgers, to pizza, to soups and salads, and much more! The dim lighting sets for a quiet and cozy ambiance. You can enjoy lunch, dinner, or drinks at the bar. Whatever you’re in the mood for, this is a great place to go! The staff was friendly and the service was on point.
This hidden restaurant is tucked away between some of the old mills that used to be factories, giving the atmosphere an old, rustic look.
For starters, my friend ordered and shared a mouthwatering appetizer, which consisted of fried cheese raviolis and a side of marinara sauce… absolutely delish!
No matter what, I’m always in the mood for a good burger! That being said, I ordered the mill burger, topped with lettuce, tomato, guacamole, cheddar cheese, and applewood smoked bacon!
If you’re ever passing through Sanford, Maine, and are famished, I highly recommend to stop in and eat, here!
