Sailing in Kennebunkport

The last time I went sailing, was my junior year of high school. I learned how set the sails a certain way and all that sailing lingo the instructors used. I had a blast.

When my friend suggested we take a sailboat out from Kennebunkport, for my bachelorette, I was all for that, as were my bridesmaids! We brought our own rosé and spent the two hours on the boat, topping off our little plastic cups with wine. I mean, what better way to spend a summer day than sipping rosé while sailing?

Kennebunkport port sits on the coast of Maine. It is flooded with tourists through out the summer, offers gorgeous beaches, shops, restaurants, and mouthwatering seafood!

At 11 pm, we set sail for a scenic tour of the Kennebunk River, on the Eleanor. A relaxing and peaceful ride is just what I needed to unwind after a busy week of wedding planning!

My friend bought me a bottle of rosé that was shaped as a rose on the bottom.
